Dr Maria Mateeva is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with extensive clinical experience in pregnancy monitoring and assisted reproduction.
In 2007, she completed a specialisation programme at the Medical University of Vienna, expanding her expertise in modern European practices in obstetrics and gynaecology. Between 2009 and 2015, she worked as a resident physician in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of MBAL Plovdiv, in the High-Risk Pregnancy Unit, where she gained significant experience in the care of women with complicated pregnancies and complex obstetric cases.
Her professional interests are focused on assisted reproduction and endoscopic surgery. She also serves as a consultant to the Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association Bulgaria, actively supporting patients and their families through education and counselling initiatives.
Until 2018, Dr Mateeva practiced at Bora IVF Clinic in Plovdiv. She is currently an integral part of the New Life Clinic team, providing consultations, examinations, and pregnancy monitoring services.
