Professional Biography

Turgay Mehmedov is an embryologist with a strong professional interest in advanced assisted reproduction technologies and scientific research in reproductive biology and andrology.

In 2021, he obtained a Master’s degree in Reproductive Biology from Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv. In 2022, he joined the team at New Life Clinic, where he further developed his expertise in the embryology laboratory under the mentorship of Assoc. Prof. Rumen Dimitrov.

His professional development includes specialised training at Rabin Medical Center in Israel, one of the leading institutions in reproductive medicine. He has also participated in numerous international training programmes and hands-on workshops focused on advanced laboratory techniques in assisted reproduction.

Mr Mehmedov actively participates in scientific and research projects related to reproductive health. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Andrology, with research focused on the effects of nutritional supplements on sperm parameters in men with infertility.

As part of the embryology team at New Life Clinic, he contributes to the daily laboratory work that underpins successful IVF procedures and embryo development.
