Sperm Freezing (Sperm Cryopreservation)

Sperm cryopreservation is a fertility preservation method that allows semen samples to be frozen and stored for future reproductive treatment.

Frozen sperm can later be used in various assisted reproduction procedures, including:

  • Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
  • In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF)
  • Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

The Procedure Includes

  • Collection of a semen sample
  • Laboratory processing and preparation
  • Cryopreservation and storage in a specialised cryobank
