Confirmation of Pregnancy
Pregnancy is usually confirmed by a urine pregnancy test or a blood pregnancy test, performed 14 days after the insemination/ embryo transfer procedure. The 1st ultrasound scan is scheduled 4 weeks later, aiming at detecting an embryonic heartbeat.
